Job summary

Tech Mahindra in India is seeking a night-shift Chat Support Associate to handle multiple customer chats, resolve product questions, and guide users through technical steps.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of International Voice Process and BPO experience, fluent English, and the ability to work night shifts. Night shift readiness and 12th grade education are considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the International Voice Process.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO domain.
• Candidates with 12th grade are eligible to apply.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Chat Management: Handle multiple customer chats with speed and accuracy.
• Customer Support: Resolve complaints, answer product questions, and guide users through technical steps.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify needs and pitch upgrades or add-ons during chats.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly CSAT and sales targets.
• Documentation: Update customer details and chat logs in the CRM.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly goals for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and sales conversion.
• Documentation: Update customer details and chat logs accurately in the CRM software.

Preferred Candidate

• Minimum 1 yr. experience in the International Voice Process.
• Minimum 1 yr. experience in BPO domain.
• Fluent English required.
• 12th grade can also apply.
• Comfortable with Night shift.
