Job summary

TP in Mohali is seeking customer support professionals to handle chat-based queries and build strong relationships with customers on international non-voice processes.

You will work across US night shifts, using CRM software to maintain accurate interaction records and look for upselling opportunities while collaborating with team members to hit process goals.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO industry or related field.
• Excellent written communication skills for effective email & chat support.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts (US shift).
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex customer queries.
• Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems.
• Freshers & Experienced both can apply | Graduates preferred.
