Competenze

Job Role: Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to international customers through voice-based interactions. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality standards.
• Meet performance metrics related to productivity, call quality, and customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass (PUC/10+2) or Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 5+ years of relevant BPO experience can also apply.
• Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Availability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 3.2 LPA for freshers.
• Salary: 3.5 8 LPA for candidates with relevant BPO experience.
• Performance Incentives: 25,000 30,000 annually.
• Night Shift Allowance: 200 per day for applicable shifts.
• Transportation: One-way cab facility available within a 25 km radius.
• Work Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs.
