Job summary

The position focuses on building relationships with doctors, pharmacists, labs, and clinics, with targets across daily to monthly presales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, telecalling, telesales or presales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Interest in healthcare and digital technology sector is an advantage.

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive Presales who can communicate confidently with healthcare professionals and introduce them to the Aivida platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and clinics through calls and other communication channels.
• Explain Aivida's digital healthcare platform, features, and benefits.
• Handle presales enquiries and convert potential users into Aivida customers/partners.
• Understand the requirements of healthcare professionals and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested doctors, pharmacists, labs, and clinics.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with prospects.
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly presales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Basic knowledge of computers and digital applications.
• Customer service, telecalling, telesales, or presales experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Interest in the healthcare and digital technology sector is an advantage.
