Kapeefit (Supported By IIT Mandi Catalyst) is hiring for a dynamic sales and customer support role in Bareilly, UP. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, promote our health and wellness products, and pitch online consultations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service preferred (freshers welcome).
• Excellent convincing and communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Strong customer service mindset with patience and empathy.
• Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
• Good written communication for chat and email support.
• Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
