Job summary

Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL) in Hyderabad invites applications for a sales role focused on healthcare packages. Handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while upselling services.

You will follow up on bookings, understand customer needs, provide accurate pricing, maintain CRM records, and build lasting relationships. English and Hindi mandatory; Tamil/Kannada optional. Age 21–35.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education or 70%+ in 10+2 or higher.
• 1–3 years of call center sales experience, healthcare/BPO preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Sales-driven with target focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote healthcare services and convert leads into customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Inbound & outbound calls of potential customers to promote healthcare services (Health check packages) and convert them into opportunities (Main KRA is are there in getting New Customers to clinics (Day wise target will be given)
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell healthcare packages, services from the leads handled
• Follow up on appointment bookings to ensure patients are turned up Customer Interaction
• Understand patient/customer needs and recommend suitable options for taking appointments
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and benefits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships,
• Address customer queries and objections effectively Update customer information in CRM systems

Track conversion rates and performance metrics, Compliance & Quality

KRAs will be given and ensure those KRAs are achieved monthly Deliver high-quality customer experience as per defined standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of healthcare services/products
• Sales-oriented mindset with target focus
• Good listening and problem-solving skills, Ability to handle rejection and pressure

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred). (or) Qualification with 10+2 education can also apply but candidate Should be having 70% (Aggregate)and above or grade 7 above (CBSC).
• 1-3 years of experience in call center SALES (Healthcare/BPO preferred)
