Job summary

Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure customers maximize value from our products. You will onboard new clients, train users, resolve issues, and help customers achieve their goals.

You will work closely with product and sales teams, monitor health metrics, and advocate for customers to drive ongoing satisfaction. The role offers a remote opportunity and flexible hours.
