Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, ensuring they gain maximum value from our products. You will onboard new customers, provide training, and advocate for clients by resolving issues and proposing practical solutions.

You will monitor customer health metrics, collaborate with product and sales teams, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction across multiple projects. This role offers remote work with flexible hours.

Formación

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
