Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure they derive maximum value from our products. You will onboard customers, provide training, and advocate for their needs to resolve issues.

You will monitor customer health metrics, drive adoption, and collaborate with product and sales teams to meet customer needs across India’s major cities including Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
