Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our products. You will onboard new customers, provide training, and advocate on their behalf to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

You will monitor health metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with product and sales teams to meet customer needs across multiple Indian cities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (e.g., CRM software).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
