Zusammenfassung

Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with clients and maximise value from our products. You will onboard new customers, provide training, resolve issues, and guide customers toward their goals.

You will monitor health metrics, collaborate with product and sales teams, and advocate for customers to ensure aligned outcomes and ongoing satisfaction across our Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, and other Indian locations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (CRM).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
