Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure customers derive maximum value from our products. You will onboard new customers, provide training, and act as their advocate to resolve issues and suggest improvements.

You will monitor health metrics, collaborate with product and sales teams, and help customers achieve their goals through proactive support and guidance.

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
