Wsne Consulting is seeking experienced Customer Service Executives to join our Voice process in Gurugram. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support while upselling relevant products and services.

Candidates should be comfortable in a target-driven environment with strong communication and customer handling skills. Key responsibilities include handling queries via voice and chat, maintaining quality service, and meeting monthly upsell targets.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/UG can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, Voice Process, Chat Support, or similar role.
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or sales-driven customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Willing to work from the Gurugram office.
• Immediate joiners required.
