Job summary

Policy Bazaar is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our on-site team in Gurugram, Haryana. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and ensure resolution and satisfaction. Candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi, comfortable with MS Office, and able to meet daily targets.

Graduation is mandatory; freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Salary is 2.5–4 LPA plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead.
