Job summary

SAMSARA SHIPPING is seeking a logistics professional with 3–5+ years of liner shipping/forwarding experience. The role requires strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to monitor shipments from pre-shipment to final destination.

You will coordinate with all departments to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction, and identify sales leads while maintaining customer records in the ERP system. This position is based in Pune, India and involves on-site work.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Liner Shipping / Forwarding.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience monitoring shipments from pre-shipment to arrival at destination.
• Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify sales leads and pass to Sales Executives; maintain customer records in ERP.
