Job summary

SAMSARA SHIPPING in Mumbai seeks a Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience in Liner Shipping / Forwarding to join our operations team. You will monitor shipments from pre-shipment to post-arrival and ensure timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as you will coordinate with all departments, maintain customer records in ERP, and help identify sales leads for the Sales team while upholding high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Liner Shipping / Forwarding.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience monitoring shipments from pre-shipment to post-arrival.
• Ability to coordinate with all departments and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Experience passing sales leads to Sales Executives and maintaining ERP records.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to the Sales Executives, should be maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.
