Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking a customer-focused professional to handle day-to-day branch transactions, respond to queries, and ensure process adherence to maintain service quality.

The role emphasizes business development at the branch, regular cross-sell and up-sell of products, and maintaining data records while collaborating with stakeholders including customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate (minimum) with commerce background; M.Com added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge with emphasis on MS Office applications is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day business transactions and customer queries with effective resolution.
• Ensure quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence; maintain branch records.
• Promote and maintain positive relations with contacts, customers and potential customers; cross-sell and upsell products.
