Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a graduate or MBA candidate to manage day-to-day branch transactions, respond to customer queries, and ensure quality through proper process adherence. You will help increase branch business through cross-selling and upselling, and promote multiple products and services.

You will maintain data and records, build positive relations with contacts, customers, and stakeholders, and support efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate or higher degree required
• MCom added advantage
