Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking a motivated candidate to manage day-to-day branch transactions, handle customer queries, and ensure quality through proper process adherence. The role emphasizes business development and promoting products and services.

You will work to increase branch business, consistently cross-sell and up-sell, maintain data and records, and build positive relationships with customers and contacts. A Graduate or MBA with MS Office skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate(Preferably -BCOM/MCOM )
• Basic Computer Knowledge and MS Office applications are mandatory

• Ensure quality of business and operation through proper process adherence.
• Handle day-to-day branch transactions and walk-in customers.
• Promote products and services; cross-sell and up-sell at every opportunity.
