Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking an energetic Customer Relationship Executive to cultivate strong relationships with customers in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. You will drive sales of core banking products while delivering responsive, high-quality service and resolving inquiries promptly.

You will partner with branch teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate records, and analyze feedback for product improvements. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer relations and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent computer skills.
