Job summary

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
