Job summary

Cookscape Interiors & Beyond is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer enquiries, make outbound calls, and schedule showroom visits for our home interior design services in Nandanam, Chennai. The role includes coordinating with the sales team, updating CRM records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have good communication, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to learn CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, lead generation, or CRM operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using CRM leads.
• Follow up regularly with new enquiries, interested customers, and postponed appointments.
• Confirm showroom appointment dates and timings with customers.
• Collect floor plans and project details from interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
