The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of CRM or customer relations experience, excellent communication skills, and basic MS Office/CRM software knowledge. Automobile industry exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead management and conversions.
• Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls.
• Schedule service reminders, vehicle delivery follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update records in the CRM system.
