Qualificações

• 10+2 level or above.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably NBFCs/banks; collections and recovery experience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maximum collections and recoveries for ML.
• Follow up with all customers and visit them for collections.
• Meet monthly resolution and reversal targets.
• Provide timely feedback to Branch Collections Manager to track productivity and take action.

Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities

• To ensure maximum Collections and Recoveries for ML
• All Customers to be followed up and visited for Collections
• Monthly Resolution and Reversal Targets are met
• Providing timely feedback and update to Branch Collections Manager to track productivity and account-wise feedback and thereafter necessary action to be taken

Experience

1-3 years of experience required in Financial services preferably NBFCs/Banks Experience of Collections and Recovery is essential.

Functional Competencies

Role requires considerable amount of travel for collection related actions on ground and customer follow-up. Computer Friendly & Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) Basic Accounting Skills

Behavioral Competencies

Good writing and speaking ability in Local/Regional language.
Knowledge of Gujrati & Hindi (speaking) is also essential. Good Communication and Negotiation / Convincing Skills Target Oriented, Ability to work with minimal direction, self-starter Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and proactively resolve problems
