Job summary

Shubham Housing Development Finance is seeking a Collections Executive to manage recoveries across HL, LAP, and field channels. You will communicate with customers, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely recovery while keeping records up to date.

With 1–4 years in BPO/non-voice collections, you will use Tally and other accounting tools to document activities, escalate issues, and meet daily targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in collections or BPO/non-voice.
• Strong knowledge of HL, LAP, field collections, and recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills under pressure.
• Proficiency in Tally software is required; other accounting tools are a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in collections or related field (BPO/Non-Voice).
  
• Strong knowledge of Collections process including HL, LAP, Field Collections, and Recovery.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory; proficiency in other accounting software an added advantage.
