Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve collection targets for the assigned territory and portfolio.
• Lead and motivate a team of collection executives and field officers.
• Monitor productivity, performance, attendance, and daily collection activities.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
• Review daily and monthly collection MIS and take corrective actions.
• Monitor collection agencies and ensure adherence to processes and benchmarks.
• Manage escalations related to overdue accounts and field activities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal codes of conduct.
• Identify operational gaps, fraud, and risks in the collection process.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and performance.
• Collaborate with business, credit, risk, operations to resolve issues.

The Collection Manager will be responsible for managing collection operations across the assigned territory, leading a team of collection executives, driving collection targets, and ensuring effective portfolio management. Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve collection targets for the assigned territory and portfolio.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection executives and field officers to achieve business targets.

Education and Experience

• Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in collections and recovery management.
• Prior experience in team handling, preferably in banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services, will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience managing field collection teams and collection agencies will be an added advantage.
