Job summary

FinAGG in Chennai is seeking a veteran debt recovery professional to lead a team of collectors and drive monthly recovery targets across business, personal, home loans, LAP and credit cards.

You will conduct field visits, build customer relationships to resolve repayment queries, and analyze market trends to optimize collection processes. The role demands strong communication and proven reporting skills to document performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in debt recovery or similar role in NBFC industry.
• Strong knowledge of business loan, personal loan, home loan, LAP & credit card products.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Excellent writing skills for preparing reports on collections performance.
