Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a field collections professional based in Assam. You will collect overdue payments from customers through calls, visits, and follow-ups, and maintain regular contact to ensure timely repayments.

You will negotiate repayment plans, coordinate with branch and credit teams to minimize delinquency and portfolio risk, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with experience in collections, recovery, sales, or customer handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field collections and possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
