Job summary

Piramal Finance is seeking a Field Collections Executive in Maharashtra to conduct field visits and recover overdue loans, while maintaining regular contact with customers to resolve queries. The role emphasizes timely collections and precise record-keeping of payment commitments and visit status.

The ideal candidate will be a Graduate with mandatory DRA certification, 1 year of field collections experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is mandatory.
• 1 year of field collections experience preferred in banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Knowledge of local geography and customer handling is advantageous.
