Job summary

Aye Finance Limited is seeking a Collection Officer in Ludhiana, Punjab. The candidate should have at least 1 year of collection recovery experience across business, personal and unsecured loans, with a focus on small ticket sizes. You will manage 30+ DPD accounts and work toward agreed collection targets.

The role involves recovering money from written-off pools, preparing caution lists for branches, and supporting legal repositioning initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in collection recovery for business, personal, and unsecured loans.
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes).
• Handle 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the collection manager.
• Recover money from written-off pool.
• Prepare caution lists to share with the branch team.
• Support the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recover outstanding dues from borrowers across loan types as assigned.
• Monitor 30+ bucket DPD accounts and escalate at risk delinquencies.
• Collaborate with branch teams to implement collection strategies.
• Assist in legal repositioning actions when required.
• Prepare and share cautions with branches to mitigate risk.
• Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.
