Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Kanpur is seeking a Collections Officer to support recovery activities across business, personal and unsecured loans with a focus on small ticket sizes. The role is based in Uttar Pradesh and requires a proactive, target-driven approach.

The position involves handling 30+ DPD customers, coordinating with branches, achieving stated collection targets, and assisting with legal repositioning initiatives to recover dues. Prior experience in unsecured loan recovery is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection recovery for business, personal and unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket size).

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in unsecured loan (small ticket size) recovery.
• Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team.
• Help the Branch with legal repositioning initiative.
