Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd is seeking Collection Officers in Madhya Pradesh (Mandsaur) to bolster our recovery efforts for business, personal and unsecured loans. The role targets handling 30+ bucket DPD accounts and supporting branch initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in loan collections and a proven ability to meet collection targets. Knowledge of legal repositioning processes will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection recovery for business loans, personal and unsecured loans.

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.
• Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager
• Recover money from the written-off pool
• Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team
• Help the Branch with legal repositioning initiative
