Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh is seeking Collection Officers for Mathura to manage recovery efforts for micro and unsecured loans. The role focuses on 30+ bucket DPD customers, achieving targets, and supporting branch teams with caution lists and legal repositioning activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in collection recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans. Knowledge of small-ticket unsecured loan recovery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collection recovery for business, personal, and unsecured loans.
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery for small-ticket sizes.
• Experience handling 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Ability to meet collection targets as assigned by the collection manager.
• Experience with legal repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and drive recoveries.
• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Prepare caution lists to share with the branch team.
• Assist the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.
• Undertake recoveries for unsecured loans and small-ticket sizes.

Mathura

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.

1. Should have experience in Unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.

2. Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers

3. Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager
