Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd is hiring for Collection Officers in Madhya Pradesh (Agarmalwa). The role requires at least 1 year of experience in collection and recovery across business loans, personal, and unsecured loans with a focus on small ticket sizes.

You will manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and support the branch with legal repositioning initiatives. The position involves recovering dues from written-off pools and coordinating with the branch team to prepare caution lists for follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 1 year of experience in collection recovery in business loans, personal, and unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes).
• Should have experience in unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.
• Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers
• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager
• Recover money from the written-off pool
• Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team
• Help the Branch with legal repositioning initiative

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in unsecured loan recovery for small ticket sizes and collections.
• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and work to recover delinquencies.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the collection Manager.
• Recover money from written-off pools and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare caution lists to share with the branch team for follow-up actions.
• Assist the branch with legal repositioning initiatives when required.
