Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Haridwar seeks a Collection Officer to join our recovery team. You will engage in business, personal, and unsecured loan collections, managing 30+ bucket DPD customers and supporting branch recovery efforts.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of collection/recovery experience, can work toward targets set by the collections Manager, and assist with legal repositioning initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in collection/recovery for business, personal and unsecured loans.
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes).
• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as assigned by the collections Manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool when required.
• Preparation of caution lists to share with branch teams and assist with legal repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collection/recovery activities for NBFC loans in Haridwar region.
• Engage borrowers to secure repayments and reduce delinquencies.
• Collaborate with branch teams to execute recovery plans.

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.

• Should have experience in Unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.
• Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers
• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager
