AYE Finance Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing NBFC, is seeking a Collection Officer for Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in collection and recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans (small ticket sizes). You will manage 30+ bucket DPD customers, aim to meet targets, and assist with precautions and legal repositioning with the branch team.

Ratlam

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.

• 1. Should have experience in Unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.
• 2. Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers
• 3. Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager
• 4. Recover money from the written-off pool
• 5. Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team
