Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Collection Officer with at least 1 year of experience in recovery for business/ personal/unsecured loans. The role focuses on securing payments from small-ticket loans, managing 30+ DPD bucket customers, and supporting legal repositioning efforts with the branch.

Criteria include proven recovery experience and the ability to meet targets as directed by the Collections Manager. Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

• Should have experience in unsecured loan (small ticket size) recovery.
• Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team.
• Help the Branch with legal repositioning initiative.
