Job summary

Aye Finance Pvt Ltd in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh invites an experienced Collection Officer to join our recovery team for business, personal, and unsecured loans. You will manage 30+ bucket DPD accounts and work under the guidance of the collection manager to meet targets.

You will help recover funds from written-off pools, prepare caution lists for branch teams, and assist with legal repositioning efforts to protect assets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection/recovery in various loan types.
• Experience handling unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes).

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Achieve collection targets as directed by the collection manager.
• Recover money from the written-off pool.
• Prepare caution lists to share with the branch team.
• Assist with legal repositioning initiatives of the branch.

Kasganj

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.

1. Should have experience in Unsecured loan (Small Ticket size) recovery.

2. Managing 30+ bucket DPD customers

3. Achieve collection targets as stated by the collection Manager

4. Recover money from the written-off pool

5. Preparation of caution list to be shared with the branch team
