Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh is seeking Collection Officers to strengthen recovery efforts for business, personal, and unsecured loans. The role requires hands-on experience in recovery, handling 30+ bucket DPD customers, and achieving targets under guidance from the collection manager.

Based in Haidergarh, the candidate will support legal repositioning initiatives, coordinate with branches on caution lists, and contribute to reducing write-offs by recovering money from the written-off

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in collection recovery for business, personal and unsecured loans.
• Experience in unsecured loan recovery (small ticket sizes).
• Experience managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.
