Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd in Lucknow is seeking a Collection Officer to manage recovery for business, personal and unsecured loans. The role focuses on 30+ bucket DPD customers and achieving targets under supervision.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of collection/recovery experience, especially in small-ticket unsecured loans, with ability to coordinate with branches and support legal repositioning efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collection/recovery in business, personal, or unsecured loans.
• Experience with unsecured loan recovery (small ticket size) preferred.
• Experience in managing 30+ bucket DPD customers.
• Ability to achieve collection targets as directed by the collection manager.
• Experience in recovering money from the written-off pool.
• Assist the branch with legal repositioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection activities for business, personal, and unsecured loans in Lucknow.
• Manage 30+ bucket DPD customers and monitor recovery progress.
• Work to meet or exceed collection targets set by the manager.
• Coordinate with branches for cash recovery and follow-up actions.
• Pursue recovery from written-off accounts as per policy.
• Support legal repositioning initiatives with branch teams.

Experience: At least 1 Year of experience in collection Recovery in Business loans, Personal, and Unsecured loans (Small Ticket sizes), will be preferred.
