Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment follow-ups. Communicate payment dues and encourage timely repayments. Handle customer queries and repayment-related objections professionally. Track payment commitments and maintain accurate call records. Meet daily calling and performance targets while following compliance guidelines.

Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi; Marathi and English are an advantage. Comfortable with outbound calling and customer conversations. Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or loan collections is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply. DRA certification is mandatory.
