Job summary

Incred in Mumbai is seeking a proactive collection executive to make outbound calls for overdue loans and coordinate EMI payments. You will maintain a polite, professional demeanor while handling customer queries and record call details in the system.

The role requires meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets and escalating unresolved issues to the senior team as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of telecalling collection experience on B1+ portfolios, with at least a HSC or graduate education

Qualifications

• HSC or Graduate in any stream.
• 1-3 years of experience in tele calling collection expertise of B1+ portfolio.
• Preferred DRA certified
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [other local/regional languages].
