Job summary

Unifin Experts Llp is seeking a Collection Executive to manage customer repayments and ensure timely collection of outstanding loan dues. You will contact customers via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS, follow up on payments, and strive to hit daily and monthly targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in collections or related financial services, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets. You will maintain records in LMS/CRM and coordinate with operations and accounts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in collections, fintech, NBFC, banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience making high-volume customer calls.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of collection processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities
