Job summary

Chola, a BFSI lender, is seeking a dynamic Collection Field Executive to manage recovery activities for Home Loan customers. The role involves field visits, negotiating payment plans, and achieving monthly targets within the assigned territory.

The position requires ethical collections, compliance with policies, and coordination with branch and operations teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, at least 1 year in collections, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in collections/recovery, preferably in Home Loans.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel locally.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for collection of overdue Home Loan payments.
• Follow up with customers on pending EMIs and resolve repayment issues.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery.
• Maintain collection records and submit regular reports.
