Job summary

Indiagold seeks a field collections executive in Maharashtra to visit customers at their residences, ensuring timely EMI recovery and clear communication of dues. You will handle inquiries, maintain precise visit and collection records, and coordinate with teams for reconciliation.

Role requires 1+ year in collections, BFSI/fintech exposure, strong negotiation skills, a valid two-wheeler license, and the ability to travel within the area. MS Excel and smartphone use are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in field collections/recovery.
• Experience in BFSI, fintech, lending, gold loans, NBFCs, or consumer finance is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area.
• Knowledge of the local language preferred.
• Basic smartphone/app and MS Excel knowledge.
