Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager in Bengaluru, India, responsible for building a high-performing sales team, driving KYC-driven business, and meeting regional targets. The role requires strong leadership, field training, and keen market analysis to optimize lead generation and conversions.

The incumbent will travel across the cluster, conduct meetings and reviews, and manage incentives based on performance, with emphasis on staff development and productive sales execution.

Responsibilities

• SM should be responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
