Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager in Bengaluru to drive new KYC sales across branches. You will recruit Sales Executives, train and mentor teams, and ensure targets are met with strong performance incentives.

The role requires proven sales experience, territory familiarity, and solid people management and negotiation skills to boost leads and conversions across clusters.

• SM should be responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Select staff as Sales executives for every branch and conduct on-field training and hand-holding to increase sales habits, sales communication, and productivity.
• Allocation, monitoring & delivering the desired target on time, as assigned by Management (attractive incentives/rewards/awards paid on performance).
• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings/trainings/reviews (TA & DA paid on eligibility).
• Identify the key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the activity, location & date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to increase leads quality and quantity and business.
