Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves driving new KYC business, selecting and training sales staff across branches, and ensuring targets are met with performance-based incentives.

The candidate should have 3-6 years of sales experience, strong people management and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel for meetings and training across the cluster. CTC around 6 LPA with variable pay is offered.

• Do the new KYC business.
• Select staff as Sales executives for every branch and conduct on-field training and hand-holding to increase sales habits, sales communication and productivity.
• Allocate, monitor & deliver targets on time as assigned by Management with incentives/awards based on performance.
• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training and reviews (TA & DA paid on eligibility).
• Identify key result areas by market analysis and decide activity, location and date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve lead quality and quantity and business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
