Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to oversee branch sales, hire and train sales executives, and drive performance across the cluster. The role requires hands-on leadership, field activity, and sharp market analysis to achieve targets.

You will coordinate with branches, mentor teams, and ensure disciplined execution of sales strategies with strong communication and negotiation skills. Based in Bengaluru, travel across clusters is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have degree (regular).
• Sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Territory familiarity with knowledge of local market.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Team handling abilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit sales executives for each branch.
• Train and mentor staff on field sales techniques.
• Allocate, monitor and deliver targets on time as set by management.
• Travel across the cluster for meetings, training and reviews.
• Analyze market to set activity, location and dates.
• Improve leads quality and conversion through staff reviews.

Cluster Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.

Key Skills:-
