Job summary

Pico Xpress in Mumbai leads a fast-growing quick-commerce logistics network. We are seeking an experienced head of operations to own end-to-end last-mile execution across the Mumbai/Pune cluster, drive performance against SLA, and coordinate with client operations, dark stores and internal stakeholders.

You will build, train, and retain high-performing operations teams, forecast manpower, monitor dashboards, and implement cost-saving process improvements as the business expands regionally.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in logistics, quick commerce, or hyperlocal last-mile operations.
• Hands-on experience managing quick-commerce last-mile operations is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large rider fleets and multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading ground teams in a high-growth environment.
• Comfortable working with operational dashboards and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel across the Coimbatore cluster.
